SuperHunt 2023- Bloomin’ is Boomin’

Kids just want to be kids, exploring the outdoors, going on adventures, and learning new things. For some kids, this is more challenging. That's where SuperHunt comes in. Dozens of Mississippians volunteer their land, their hunting skills, their gear, and their time so that 100 kids with disabilities can experience the thrill of the hunt. SuperHunt even provides special wheelchair equipped trailers that operate as hunting blinds.

The weekend wraps up with a celebration of the hunt, with every kid getting to share their experience with the crowd and show off their prize. All the while everyone enjoys a hamburger lunch provided by J&R Outback Restaurants. J&R Outback has donated this meal since the beginning of the Super Hunt, and also provided the trailer that was converted for wheelchair hunting.

We love seeing how the SuperHunt makes a challenging situation possible for kids every year, and J&R Outback is so proud to be a sponsor and provide the food. Working together, the community is bloomin’.
