Head Heart Hands: Part 2 of 5- Who Cares if You Care?

“You’ve got to know the person that has the keys to the building versus the person that owns the building.”

It is human nature to treat “important”people with a different level of respect and attention than “unimportant” people. But when you are a leader, others notice how you treat all people, and wonder if they are important, or what they need to do to become important to you. What people will notice even more is when you treat everyone with equal respect, “from the CEO to the Janitor”.

The heart is recognizable through how we treat people – with unwavering commitment and equal respect for all. At J&R we believe in treating everyone the same, embodying our values in every interaction.
