All heroes don’t wear capes. Some just walk through life making the world a better place for others and sharing their blessings with others in need. This hero’s name is Steve Grantham. Many of y’all know him as the owner of Outback Steakhouse, because who doesn’t love Outback, right? But do you know just how much this man does for his community and beyond? When there is a need, Steve is the first to jump up and offer support, and he does so with the kindest heart and most humble spirit. We at CARA know firsthand what an amazing human he is, and to us, he is nothing short of a hero.
Steve, we cannot thank you enough for the love and support you have shown our animals and our organization over the years. We have always been so grateful for you, and your visit to the shelter yesterday literally brought us to our knees. Your kindness and generosity is unmatched, and there are no words to properly thank you. Just know that you are a huge hero in our eyes, and the world is a much better place for having you in it.
